2016 Top Latino Leaders to be Honored at 2nd Annual Latino Leadership Conference

Miami, FL – The Council for Latino Workplace Equity (CLWE) an initiative under the National Diversity Council (NDC) will host their Second Annual Latino Leadership Conference on August 11th, 2016 at the Koven’s Conference Center, Florida International University Biscayne Campus -3000 N.E. 151st Street North Miami, FL 33181. This year’s theme is “One Community, One Vision, One Action”.

“The Latino Leadership Conference will allow attendees to engage in open dialogue while discussing best diversity practices for expanding opportunities for Latinos in the workplace,” said Dennis Kennedy, Founder & Chairman of the National Diversity Council.

The full-day conference is a premiere leadership development event, gathering entrepreneurs, executives, innovators, educators, policy makers, and outstanding students for a formal discussion about opportunity in the Latino Community. The conference will consist of informative sessions on topics such as: The State of Latinos in the U.S.; Latinos: The New Paradigm Shifters; Leading the Corporate World; Building Your Brand as a Latino Millennial; Influential and Inclusive Leadership and more.

The conference will include an awards luncheon honoring the 2016 Top Latino Leaders in recognition of their career success and efforts in paving the way for future Latino advancement in the corporate arena. “This year’s list of awardees is truly exceptional and extraordinary.
