Since joining Whole Foods Market in 2008, Judy has spearheaded the move from a traditional HR structure to a Total Rewards platform. She is currently working on the development and implementation of a Talent Management strategy which will emphasis diversity as a key organizational strength. She has also played a leadership role in developing cutting edge wellness initiatives and managing WFM’s 2009 Benefits Vote, an innovative approach to involving Team Members in the selection process of the company’s benefits plan.

A respected leader in the HR field, Judy has extensive experience across industries including Health Care, Technology, Energy and Retail. She has led large scale HR projects as well as global technology implementations. In each of these efforts, she has aligned HR processes and systems with business strategy, and led the change management efforts resulting in successful implementation and adoption.

Judy is a graduate of the University of Colorado, a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, World at Work, and the Retail Industry Leadership Association. She lives in New Braunfels, Texas, with her husband Gerry, 3 sons and 2 golden retrievers.
